Delivery Region & What To Expect

Our Process From Order To Delivery

  •  At the show or on the phone: place your order with a deposit | $500 on table sets. Online: orders are due in full when the order is placed with taxes and delivery fee due at delivery.
  •  Wait while we work | 12-16 weeks
  •  We call to arrange delivery roughly 1 week prior to expected delivery date. 
  • Meet our driver & allow for set up (he may need help - see below).
  • Pay any balance due -  cash, check, or credit card. 
  • Love your IP Furniture Design!

Personal Delivery

We are a small business, who primarily sells at art and craft shows. When we go to a show and take orders, we group all of those orders together for delivery on the same truck load. That is how we are able to offer in home delivery at the show special price. 

Many customers can simply hold the door as the driver delivers. Some may need to help him lift heavy items. Items our driver often needs help with include: 

    • live edge tables
    • islands
    • servers
    • hutch and buffets
    • bedroom furniture

Delivery charge is based on your order total and location. Delivery fees are 12% with a $150 minimum to the following locations which make up our regular delivery region: PA, OH, MD, MI (not including UP), NJ, VA, & Washington D.C.

If you saw us at a show in a location not listed above, then YES we can deliver to you- however, some states we only deliver to once a year. It is best to Call or txt to discuss your projected projected delivery window. We will also let you know the delivery fee before ordering 814-661-0188.


Online Ordering Restriction

Our website is set up to allow online orders only from the following states, because they are in our normal delivery region: PA, OH, MD, MI, NJ, VA, & Washington D.C. Do not order online if you are from the Michigan Upper Peninsula - please call. Customers from the Southern USA, other East Coast states, and the Midwest can still order if you are willing to be patient. Just call to discuss turn around time, and place your order over the phone. You will not be able to checkout online.
